TheAppShare is running its community board again, and as a result, we are in need of Moderators and other staff positions.
The positions available are:
- Moderator
- Administrator
- Uploader
- Recruiter
- Publisher
Moderator: The Moderator, aka MOD, will be responsible for maintaining posts and threads. Specifically, they are needed to ensure shares are updated, links are working, and that they are in the correct section. Moderators will also gain OP access on the IRC Channel to help maintain peace, and provide the best support possible.
Administrator: The Administrator, aka Admin, will be responsible for managing users, supervising moderators, and keep general stability on the forum. Administrators can also play the role of Moderators if desired, but will still be required to fulfill their own responsibilities.
Uploader: The Uploader will be responsible for keeping the forum updated with the newest Applications, Games, Movies, TV Shows, Scripts, and much more! It is their job to provide the downloads for the rest of the community, and provide other resources that will enhance the member's experience when searching for downloads!
Recruiter: The Recruiter will be responsible for finding new staff members, including Moderators and Article Managers. In order to maintain a growing community, TheAppShare will require more staff to help supervise, and it is the job of the Recruiter to support with that.
Publisher: The Publisher, aka Article Manager will be responsible for keeping the site and its members updated with the newest tech news! This includes, but is not limited to, new software releases, device reviews, breaking news, etc.
